Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also log in to your account and go to “My Orders” to download the files anytime.

As our products are digital downloads, we're unable to offer refunds or cancellations once the files have been delivered.

Yes! We offer some 3D-printed jigs and glass-cutting tools made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before shipping.
